Experience Charleston's haunted history with exclusive access to your guide on a walking experience customized around your group's interests. Whether you'd like to focus on Ghost Forensics, overlooked history, architecture, archaeology, pirates, folklore, personal paranormal experiences, or simply follow wherever curiosity leads, we'll build the experience together. Questions, conversation, and flexibility are encouraged, making every private tour unique. Private experiences begin at a $100 minimum. If your group's total at public ticket pricing is less than $100, the minimum private rate applies. Once your group's public ticket total reaches $100 or more, you'll simply pay the standard public ticket price per guest—no additional private tour surcharge. Standard public ticket prices are $20 an adult and $12 a child.
